Kim Ratcliffe is the Owner & CEO of Ratcliffe HR Consulting. Kim has twenty-five combined years of consulting and senior level human resources experience, working with companies as a global HR leader who partners with senior executives on enhancing organizational design and effectiveness to best align with the strategy and culture of the business. Her areas of expertise include, Strategic Business Partnership, Executive Leadership, Organizational Design, Organizational Effectiveness, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Global HR, M&A, and Project Management, to name a few. Before starting her own firm, she most recently worked at HR Alliance, a Louisville based consulting company as their COO and VP of Client Services for 6.5 years. 

 

Kim is a member of the local SHRM branch (LSHRM) and a previous board member of LSHRM and Cincinnati's local SHRM chapter.  She earned an OD certification from USC Marshall School of Business and she also is a Certified Professional with HRCI and holds a certification for Professional in Human Resources (PHR). Kim received her undergraduate and MBA from Xavier University.  

 

Kim enjoys spending most of her free time with her family.  When she’s not working, you will most likely find Kim on the sidelines cheering her sons on their many soccer games at Trinity and Louisville City.
